By agreeing to become a member of The ATM you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Rules of use
- You are not to abuse, threaten, harass any other member within The ATM.
- The ATM is a membership to a private Facebook group. While we invite and encourage you to share your opinions and questions in this forum, they must not be used to distribute spam messages, post commercial advertisements, or spread links to malicious or dangerous websites. We do retain the right to moderate any content/comments posted to The ATM Facebook group, and to remove any content we deem to have violated our policies.
Liability Disclaimer
- To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we limit our liability. In particular, we shall not be liable for any damages that we cause unintentionally and we shall not be liable to you for any actual, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused, provided that nothing within these terms and conditions will be interpreted as to limit or exclude any liability which may not be excluded or limited by law. For example, we shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of damages, (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise (whether such loss or damage was foreseeable, known otherwise: (i) loss of revenue; (ii) loss of actual or anticipated profits; (iii) loss of the use of money; (iv) loss of anticipated savings.
- You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Your Social Media Mentor, Inc., its affiliates and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to The ATM; (ii) your violation of these terms and conditions.
- You understand, that the ATM does not guarantee sales.
Payments/Cancellations and Refunds
- Monthly and yearly memberships will be charged automatically via the credit card you provided upon checkout.
- A member may cancel their membership at any time for any reason by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice to support@vanessa-cabrera.com. If your next billing cycle is within 14 days by which you notified us of your cancellation, you will be charged one final charge before your membership will be cancelled
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for a refund.
- If you paid for your subscription in full you will not be refunded.
Termination
Membership is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for all community members who follow our reasonable rules and treat other members well. We hope that you will be with us for a long time. But we may, using reasonable discretion, decide whether or not your membership to The ATM complies with these terms. We can suspend or terminate your membership at any time and for any reason. Your membership will be terminated if:
- you breach these terms
- if you act in any way that does not align with the values of our community
- if you act in a way that could cause us and any member harm
- failure of payment
Notification of Change
- The ATM reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued membership will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our terms and conditions, we will announce that these changes have been made within the Facebook group. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
